Terma & Syarat

1. Monthly Pass Payment Rate: RM 70.00 per month with a minimum payment rate of 1 month (RM 70.00)
      1 VEHICLE x 1 MONTH x RM70.00
       MINIMUM = 1 VEHICLE x 1 MONTH x RM70.00 PURCHASE
2. A deposit payment of RM 70.00 (100% refundable) will be charged upon registration.
3. Monthly Pass renewal is 7 days before the expiry date.
4. The time of use is from 12.00 am to 11.59 pm.
5. Comply with the rules set by the parking management company (Centrio Parking).
6. One Pass is reserved for one car only according to the registered vehicle number.
7. This pass is valid for use in the open parking area next to Pantai Hospital only. Please obey the Parking Signs in the area / road concerned.
8. If the Monthly Pass holder wants to change the vehicle number, it is mandatory to fill in the existing Monthly Pass Application Form again and a replacement charge of RM2.00 will be charged with the same expiry date.
9. Monthly Pass owners are not allowed to conduct business activities in the parking lot. In case of breach of conditions, the Monthly Pass will be canceled without refund.
10. The vehicle owner must include an identification card and a photo of the vehicle when registering.
11. The Monthly Pass is only validly registered if the vehicle is categorized as a moving vehicle only.
12. In the event of a lost or damaged card, a replacement fee of RM30 will be applicable.

Season Pass – Minimum Commitment & Deposit Policy

13. Minimum Commitment Period

  • The Season Pass requires a minimum subscription period of three (3) consecutive months from the date of activation (the “Lock-In Period”).
  • The Season Pass shall only be considered active and valid once the Lock-In Period has been fulfilled.
  • The client acknowledges and agrees to this minimum commitment at the time of purchase.

14. Early Termination During Lock-In Period

  • If the client terminates or cancels the Season Pass at any time within the first three (3) months of activation, the deposit paid shall be fully and irrevocably forfeited.
  • No refund of the deposit will be issued for early termination during the Lock-In Period, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
  • The forfeiture of the deposit does not relieve the client of any outstanding fees or obligations accrued up to the date of termination.

15.   Cancellation After Lock-In Period

  • If the client cancels the Season Pass after the Lock-In Period has been fulfilled, the deposit shall be refunded in full, subject to the settlement of any outstanding balances.
  • Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

By purchasing the Season Pass, the client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the minimum commitment period and the deposit forfeiture policy set out above.

     MINIMUM = 1 KENDERAAN x 1 BULAN x RM70.00 PEMBELIAN
2. Pembayaran deposit sebanyak RM 70.00 (100% boleh dikembalikan) akan dicaj semasa pendaftaran.
3. Pembaharuan Pas Bulanan adalah 7 hari sebelum tarikh tamat.
4. Masa penggunaan adalah dari jam 12.00 pagi hingga 11.59 malam.
5. Mematuhi peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh syarikat pengurusan parkir (Centrio Parking).
6. Satu Pas dikhaskan untuk sebuah kereta sahaja mengikut nombor kenderaan yang didaftarkan.
7. Pas ini sah digunakan di kawasan tempat letak kenderaan terbuka sebelah Hospital Pantai sahaja. Sila patuhi Papan Tanda Tempat Letak Kereta dikawasan / jalan berkenaan.
8. Sekiranya pemegang Pas Bulanan ingin menukar nombor kenderaan, diwajibkan mengisi semula Borang Permohonan Pas Bulanan sediada dan caj gantian RM2.00 akan dikenakan dengan tempoh tamat yang sama.
9. Pemilik Pas Bulanan tidak dibenarkan menjalankan aktiviti perniagaan di dalam petak letak kereta. Sekiranya berlaku pelanggaran syarat, Pas Bulanan akan dibatalkan tanpa wang pulangan.
10. Pemilik kenderaan perlu sertakan kad pengenalan dan gambar kenderaan semasa melakukan pendaftaran.
11. Pas Bulanan hanya sah didaftar jika kenderaan dikategorikan sebagai kenderaan bergerak sahaja.
12. Sekiranya kad hilang atau rosak, caj penggantian sebanyak RM30 akan dikenakan.

Pas Musim – Tempoh Komitmen Minimum & Polisi Deposit

13. Tempoh Komitmen Minimum

  • Pas Musim memerlukan tempoh langganan minimum selama tiga (3) bulan berturut-turut dari tarikh pengaktifan ("Tempoh Terkunci").
  • Pas Musim hanya dianggap aktif dan sah setelah Tempoh Terkunci dipenuhi.
  • Pelanggan mengakui dan bersetuju dengan komitmen minimum ini pada masa pembelian.

14. Penamatan Awal Semasa Tempoh Terkunci

  • Sekiranya pelanggan menamatkan atau membatalkan Pas Musim pada bila-bila masa dalam tempoh tiga (3) bulan pertama pengaktifan, deposit yang dibayar akan dilucuthak sepenuhnya dan tidak boleh dikembalikan.
  • Tiada bayaran balik deposit akan dikeluarkan bagi penamatan awal semasa Tempoh Terkunci, tanpa mengira sebab pembatalan.
  • Pelucuthakan deposit tidak membebaskan pelanggan daripada sebarang yuran atau obligasi tertunggak yang terkumpul sehingga tarikh penamatan.

15. Pembatalan Selepas Tempoh Terkunci

  • Sekiranya pelanggan membatalkan Pas Musim selepas Tempoh Terkunci dipenuhi, deposit akan dikembalikan sepenuhnya, tertakluk kepada penyelesaian sebarang baki tertunggak.
  • Bayaran balik akan diproses dalam tempoh empat belas (14) hari bekerja dari tarikh pengesahan pembatalan.

Dengan membeli Pas Musim, pelanggan mengesahkan bahawa mereka telah membaca, memahami, dan bersetuju dengan tempoh komitmen minimum serta polisi pelucuthakan deposit yang dinyatakan di atas.
