Season Pass Application

1. Season Pass Price:

RESERVED: RM160

NON-RESERVED: RM100

2. Application Basis:

First come, first serve. Successful applicants will be notified; others will be placed on a waiting list.

3. Processing Fee (Non-refundable):

RESERVED: RM50

NON-RESERVED: RM35

4. Payment Deadline:

Payment must be made by the 5th day of each month.

5. Access Suspension:

If payment is not received by the 5th day, the season pass access will be temporarily suspended, and members will be required to pay the daily fee to park their car.

6. Membership Revocation:

If payment is not received by the 10th day, the membership will be permanently revoked.

7. Car Sticker:

Issued to all season pass members.

8. Rules and Regulations:

Members must adhere to rules. RESERVED pass holders can only park in their designated bay.

9. Unauthorized Vehicles:

Unauthorized vehicles will be clamped. Release fee is RM200.
